Here you’ll find this year’s annual membership fees for members living in mainland China. Your membership runs for 12 months from your payment date and we’ll send you renewal notices automatically.

Our current standard IET membership fees

Member (TMIET or MIET) 149.00 US$
Associate 149.00 US$
Students and apprentices (one year)   35.00 US$

Our current IET qualified and registered membership fees

If you’re professionally registered with the Engineering Council, you need to pay the IET qualified and registered member fee (this includes your annual IET membership).

Registered Fellows: Chartered Engineers, Incorporated Engineers or Chartered Electrical Engineers 203.00 US$
Registered Fellows: Engineering Technicians or ICT Technicians 182.00 US$
Registered members: Chartered Engineers, Incorporated Engineers or Chartered Electrical Engineers 188.00 US$
Registered members: Engineering Technicians or ICT Technicians 167.00 US$

Engineering Council fees

If you’re professionally registered with the Engineering Council, you need to pay the IET qualified and registered member fee plus the Engineering Council registration fee below:
