Here’s a useful checklist to make the process as painless as possible!
- Change or update your driving licence.
- Organise your visa or work permit.
- Make sure your passport is valid for at least six more months.
- Make photocopies of your passport, insurance documents and certificates.
- Decide if you’re going to rent out your home while you’re away.
- Map out your local embassy in the new country.
