Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Professional registration

As a member of the IET, you now have the opportunity to become professionally registered. The IET is licensed by the Engineering Council to assess candidates for inclusion on its register of professional engineers and technicians.

Royal Mail are dedicated to creating a registered professional body of engineers, aligned to outside industries,  who are committed to providing a professional service to the core business.

The decision to encourage professional registration means that even though Royal Mail benefits, you, as an individual will be better off.
