Working together we will implement our partnership model, the partnership development pathway.
This pathway provides a structure to our partnership which benefits both yourselves as an organisation, your engineers and the IET too.
Framework
We’ll provide a partnership development framework for your company and for your engineers to follow.
Commitment
Commitment to the pathway from both the IET and the partner company will strengthen the culture of Continuing Professional Development and Professional Registration amongst your engineers.
Development
We’ll help your engineers identify gaps in their own development and use the IET’s learning opportunities to supplement knowledge and skills gained from their work experience, and the existing development framework already provided by yourselves.
Impact
We’ll provide opportunities for both your company and your engineers to have an increased impact on the engineering industry and society.
