Due to the ongoing situation in the UK regarding COVID-19 we, like many organisations, have changed our business processes in order to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our staff. This means that we currently have reduced despatch and customer service response times so it may take a little longer to receive your order or to receive a response to an enquiry.
Please rest assured that we are still committed to providing the best possible service to our members and customers. We are shipping once a week from our warehouse and for current delivery time estimates, see below. However, as we are unaware of the impact caused by the current crisis on couriers and postal services throughout the UK and overseas, we politely ask for your understanding if the receipt of the item(s) you have purchased is delayed beyond the stated estimated timescales.
