You’ll do this by providing one-to-one support to other IET members, helping them to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence and support them with achieving their professional career goals.
Person requirements
- Must be a current member of the IET
- Strong communication and listening skills

Time commitment
Around five days per year, depending on the number of mentees you support
You’ll work with your mentees as and when they contact you – with regular (monthly or quarterly) meetings as they work towards their goals.
