Boost Scholarship

Applications are now closed and will reopen in March 2024

For this scholarship, you’ll receive £1,500 per year for up to two years.

Take a look at the criteria below to see if you are eligible to apply.

The criteria

  • r UK residents only*
  • Open to part-time and full time students
  • For students in their final year of their BEng or the last two years of their MEng IET accredited degree or accredited degree apprenticeship

    For students or degree apprentices who have obtained 70% and above at the end of their 2nd year of university.
  • If your apprenticeship scheme is IET accredited, but your degree is not IET accredited you may still apply. This also applies to those who are doing an IET accredited degree whose Apprenticeship is not IET accredited
  • An extra year’s funding is available for BEng students who undertake an IET accredited MSc.

*Applicants must be a resident of the UK for three years at the time of applying for a scholarship.
