Fundraising Promise

We will be legal, open, honest and respectful in all fundraising. We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator and committed to the Code of Fundraising Practice. We will tell you clearly who we are, why we are fundraising, how your gift will be used, and how to change your communication preferences. We will never put undue pressure on you to donate, and we will take extra care when engaging with people in vulnerable circumstances.

We will be transparent about where your money goes. We publish information about how funds support our charitable purposes. Where funds are raised for a specific purpose, they are treated as restricted income and used for that purpose; if circumstances prevent this, they will be directed to charitable activity that most closely aligns with the original intent, in line with the Code and our charitable objects.

We will respect your data and privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with the law and the Code. We will not sell your data, and we make it easy to choose how we contact you or stop contact altogether.

We will listen and learn. We provide clear, accessible ways to ask questions or complain, and we handle complaints in line with the Fundraising Regulator’s guidance. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may contact the Fundraising Regulator.

For further information on how we process your personal data and how to get in touch with us, please see our Privacy Statement.
