E&T Magazine

Recent feedback from our members showed that finding solutions and supporting initiatives which help to reduce the impacts of climate change for future generations is a key priority.

To show our support, the IET has committed to a number of actions to reduce our own carbon emissions and lower waste of natural resources as part of the drive to achieve carbon net-zero by 2030.

One of the actions we are taking is to reduce the volume of paper used in the printed publication of our member magazine, E&T, by reducing the number of print issues from 10 to 9 and lowering the pagination of each issue from 96 to 80 pages.

The online version of E&T will not be affected however, still publishing 12 issues a year.

Why are we reducing the number of print issues and volume of paper in E&T Magazine?

Results from our member survey, E&T reader feedback and research conducted as part of our 150th Anniversary Celebrations told us that finding solutions and supporting initiatives which help to reduce the impacts of climate change for future generations are key priorities for you, both personally and professionally.

To show our support, the IET has committed to a number of actions to reduce our own carbon emissions and lower waste of natural resources as part of the drive to achieve carbon net-zero by 2030.
