Give IET Volunteers recognition for their exceptional values

Our volunteers are pivotal to us achieving our 2030 Strategy aspirations, and support our vision and mission of working to engineer a better world.

If you work with or know any IET volunteers who you feel demonstrate one of our core values – integrity, excellence or teamwork – you can now nominate them for a Volunteer Core Values Award.

The three categories are:

Integrity - An individual IET volunteer who behaves in a professional, open and honest way, always respecting and valuing the contributions of others;

Excellence - An individual IET volunteer who strives to deliver excellent service and satisfaction, introduces innovative solutions that add value, and is committed to continuous improvement;

Teamwork - A team that encourages IET volunteers (or volunteers and staff) to work together, recognises the value of harnessing individual talents through teamwork and collaborates with others.

To nominate a volunteer or a team of volunteers, simply complete a nomination form through our online portal.

And remember – the more information and examples you give of how the Core Value has been demonstrated, the better chance the nominee has of winning the award.
