During our anniversary week, 17 - 21 May, we livestreamed our 150 Show every day! Watch it on YouTube to see fantastic guests, cool experiments and innovative ideas as we continue to celebrate 150 years of the Institution of Engineering and Technology!

The 150 Show was hosted by IET President, Professor Danielle George, and maths teacher and TV presenter, Bobby Seagull.

Each episode lightly touched on a different theme and explored topics such as vaccinations and new medicines, sustainability in fashion, women in STEM, extended reality, and much more.

We were joined by loads of amazing guests, from professors and engineers to inspiring CEOs and TV personalities, including Tim Peake, Mark Rober, and Carol Vorderman to name just a few! Callum Daniel - Youth STEM Personality of the Year winner – showed us some exciting experiments that can be done at home.

While Andrew Smyth - Great British Bake Off finalist and engineer - brought us daily bakineering segments, which combined his love of baking and engineering in one.

During the shows, we also chatted to inspirational engineers who are making a positive impact on our world, as well as Engineering Excellence Honorary Fellows, STEM Personality of the Year winners, rising stars, and IET experts!
