How do I access standards?
For in-person access
Simply connect to the IET Guest Wi-Fi at IET London: Savoy Place and visit bsol.bsigroup.com.
Speak to the library staff in the Knowledge Centre in the Faraday Centre if you have any issues.
For remote access
For remote access to our collections, email libdesk@theiet.org.
Within 48 hours of our reply, you will receive an email from BSOL to set your password. You can then sign into bsol.bsigroup.com for up to 4 weeks.
You can renew this service up to three times through the library catalogue or by getting in touch with the library staff, unless another member is using the license.

Can’t find what you need? Contact the Library, as we may be able to borrow the standard from another institution.
