EARLY / MID-CAREER  |  UK-SPEC: B,C,E  |  FULL OR HALF DAY  |  IN-PERSON

Problem-solving and decision-making (in-company) training course

This course can be delivered in-company or at IET Stevenage: Futures Place

About the training course

Solving problems and making decisions are key skills we demonstrate every day.

The way that we carry this out and how quickly we do so varies from one person to another. Some people are quick and decisive, while others need to reflect before deciding how to proceed.

It will also depend upon the impact on the final outcome.

This practical one-day workshop aims to look at the different techniques and approaches to give people a range of options when deciding upon the right approach for the right situation.
