Mentoring in-company training course

About the training course

We support engineers and technicians on their path to professional registration.

Whether you're new to mentoring or seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge, our courses are tailored to accommodate all levels of experience. We're here to support you every step of the way in your mentoring journey.

For companies, we have several options available, ranging from on-site sessions at your workplace or preferred location to live interactive online courses. For further information please see the following:

The key skills of mentoring

  • 1.5-hour online delivery to a minimum of three and a maximum of twenty delegates
  • 3.5-hour face-to-face delivery to a minimum of three and a maximum of twelve delegates

Mentoring towards Professional Registration

  • 2.5-hour online delivery to a minimum of three and a maximum of twenty delegates
  • 3.5-hour face-to-face delivery to a minimum of three and a maximum of twelve delegates.

Full-day mentor training

The key skills of mentoring and mentoring towards Professional Registration:
  • Seven - hour face-to-face delivery to a minimum of three and a maximum of twelve delegates
