LEGO Serious Play - in-company training course
This course can be delivered in-company or at IET Stevenage: Futures Place
About the training course
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a powerful, hands-on and engaging process for facilitating creative thinking, communication and problem-solving within teams and organisations.
The methodology is based on the concept that true insight comes from a deep, personal connection to the issue at hand. By building metaphorical models with LEGO bricks, participants tap into their imagination and knowledge, allowing for a deeper understanding of complex topics.
The process encourages 100% participation, ensuring every voice is heard and every idea is valued. The result is a richer, more effective collaboration that leads to a clear and shared understanding, commitment and a concrete path forward.
