About the training course
“Technical ability is only as powerful as the ability to influence, explain and collaborate”
As engineering graduates step into the professional world, there is a raft of skills and knowledge that they can acquire to make this transition easier.
This three-day programme aims to help them develop some of these essential skills and acquire base knowledge of the world of work.
Each day will focus on certain areas as follows:
- Day one: Entering the professional world
- Day two: Effective communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration
- Day three: Self-management for workplace success
Scott Ramsey
Scott Rumsey is a very experienced and passionate trainer and coach with over twenty years’ experience working in major organisations.
Scott is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an NVQ Assessor and an Internal Verifier. He is also accredited to deliver Facet5 feedback. Scott is an expert in personal development, particularly in the field of motivation, communication and how we think.
A popular and enthusiastic trainer, facilitator and coach, Scott revels in the opportunity to help people learn and flourish. He shows great empathy for his participants and creates a positive learning environment. Scott works with people managers and team members facilitating interactive and engaging programmes.
