About the training course
Designed for professionals and teams how want to learn how to be an effective ally and create a work STEM workplace where everyone can thrive.
During this 7 hour course, you’ll explore what it truly means to be an ally and how your everyday actions can help build a more inclusive, supportive workplace – especially for women and underrepresented groups in STEM.
Through open conversations, hands-on activities, and personal reflection, you’ll gain the tools to challenge bias, understand privilege, and lead with empathy.
This isn’t just about learning – it’s about doing. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with clear, actionable steps to become a more confident and impactful ally in your team and organisation.
