This course can be delivered in-company or at IET Stevenage: Futures Place

About the training course

Learn how to lead people through organisational change, digital transformation, restructuring and continuous innovation by bringing together the diverse perspectives of your team.

Organisations today face constant change. From digital transformation and AI adoption to organisational restructuring and evolving ways of working, professionals at all levels are increasingly required to navigate uncertainty and support others through transition.

This immersive workshop utilises the LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) methodology to explore the deeply human side of change. Through hands-on, 3D metaphor building, you will bypass traditional boardroom talk to unlock deeper insights, expose hidden anxieties, and co-create tangible solutions.

This practical course equips you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to communicate change clearly, engage stakeholders.
