Disciplinary Panel Decisions

Here you will find decisions on member suspensions and expulsions made by a Disciplinary Panel in accordance with the Disciplinary Regulations.

2025 Disciplinary Panel Decisions

  • At a hearing of the Disciplinary Panel on 16 December 2025, it was decided that Mr Darren Witte (formerly EngTech TMIET) be suspended from membership until 16 December 2028.

2024 Disciplinary Panel Decisions

  • At a hearing of the Disciplinary Panel on 7 October 2024, it was decided that Mr Simba Masvaure (formerly CEng MIET) be expelled from the Institution with immediate effect.
