Minutes of AGM 2025

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institution of Engineering and Technology took place on Thursday, 19 June 2025 at IET Birmingham: Austin Court.

The meeting included:

• minutes from the previous meeting,
• a report from the President on our past year’s achievements, and future plans,
• a report from Council,
• the Trustees’ Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024,
• approving auditors for 2025, and
• a vote of thanks.
