IET qualified and registered membership fees for 2013

If you are professionally registered with the Engineering Council, you are required to pay the IET qualified and registered member fee.  This rate includes the standard IET membership fee.

Engineering Council fees for 2013

If you are professionally registered with the Engineering Council, or were awarded the title Chartered Electrical Engineer through the IEE, you are required to pay the IET qualified and registered member fee plus the Engineering Council registration fee below.

Please note...

All IET membership fees and Engineering Council fees are effective from 1 January 2013.

Membership of the IET runs for 12 consecutive months from date of payment (e.g. an individual joining the IET in March 2013 would receive a renewal notice in April 2014).

Members who are employed, pay UK income tax and pay for their own membership subscription may claim tax relief on subscriptions to periodicals and their membership fees as expenses of their profession.

Reduced membership subscription rates are available to members in certain circumstances.
