Our library has a world-class collection of digital and printed resources on all areas of engineering and technology, giving members access to over 65,000 books and 3,000 journals, and our archive collects and preserves records of the IET since its foundation in 1871. The library is located at Savoy Place in London and online through our Virtual Library. Members can borrow books, access e-books and journals and use the search service which can assist in locating information on technologies, market and company data, products and suppliers. More extensive research is available on request for a small fee.
