To make sure your application meets the criteria and standards for professional registration, you might want to send a draft to someone who'll be able to give you advice and guidance.
We ask that you send a draft copy of your application to a PRA and only contact one. All our PRAs are volunteers if you have not had a response from the PRA within two weeks contact Registration Support Team for help.
Before submitting a request to a professional registration advisor, please ensure you have read the guidance or attended one of our Professional registration webinars to answer any basic questions as the PRAs are best contacted for more detailed advice based on your application. You can also apply for one-to-one support from our dedicated staff team who will respond more quickly to basic queries and provide ongoing support if needed.
You can search for a professional registration advisor by checking your location and entering your postcode. Clicking on the name of a PRA will provide you with a form to complete to contact them. Initial contact is made via email so please ensure you provide as much information as possible and attach a copy of your draft application for review.
Professional registration advisors are members with detailed knowledge of the requirements and routes to professional registration. A PRA will also be able to help you with the presentation aspects of making a formal application. Please attach a partially or fully completed application form with specific questions you’d like to have answered.
Your consent: In the course of contacting and liaising with the PRA you acknowledge and agree to the PRA contacting the professional registration team to advise them of any dialogue which may be relevant to any current or future professional registration application. By continuing to request contact, you agree to these terms.
