Taking place on 27 June at IET London: Savoy Place, the IET’s ‘How to support STEM learning through a balanced curriculum’ conference, will paint a picture of what good education looks like from ages 5 – 19. It will include keynote speeches, case study presentations covering all of the school tiers as well as an employer and schools leaders panel. The panel representatives will be open to discussion and questions with audience members.
The conference will draw on the experience of schools and colleges to show how great STEM education, sitting within a broad and balanced curriculum, supports all young people, including those who will go on to be tomorrow’s engineers. Alongside presentations from schools and colleges, the conference will include input from employers, Ofsted and policymakers. There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion to ensure everyone gets the maximum out of the day.
This event is aimed at school governors, head teachers, the Association of School and College Leaders, teachers and teacher training providers.
