Welcome

PRINCE2 Foundation

The three-day course is your first step towards becoming PRINCE2® qualified. It will give you an introduction to the principles of PRINCE2®, help you learn how to use PRINCE2® to manage a project, how to handle risk and quality and how to control change on a project.

Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2®) is a process-based approach for effective project management. It provides an easily tailored and scalable project management methodology for the effective management of all types of projects. It provides common processes and a unified language, helping to ensure projects and programmes are delivered on time and to budget.

The Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2®) foundation examination confirms whether a delegate is able to participate as an informed member of a project management team using the PRINCE2 methodology within the project environment

The course is designed to equip you to pass the PRINCE2 foundation exam by comprising a mixture of input sessions and examination based practical work. During the course you will take a series of mock examinations and gain feedback on your progress. At the end of the third day you will sit the PRINCE2 foundation exam.

To ensure you are prepared fully and get the most out of the course, you will receive a comprehensive pre-course reading pack. You should aim to do a minimum of six - eight hours pre-course reading. Delegates should expect to undertake about two hours of revision work and exercises in the evenings.

Project Management training courses in PRINCE2®, are delivered by our partners Novare Consulting who are an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for all of these qualifications.
