How tech savy are we?

Within the report, we explore the relationship of UK consumers, from teenagers to pensioners, with the latest technologies – and sheds important light on the current ‘on the ground’ issues and challenges which may be inhibiting greater public adoption of these technologies.

Drawing on consumer and expert opinion, we also look at how companies and individuals involved in designing future interventions might adjust their practices to better meet the needs of the public.
