so far I have only A-levels and I am looking to enter the Oil&Gas industry

from what I 've researched so far, Petroleum Engineers in Drilling are the most well paid in that industry

can you tell me please, which of the: Process, Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical roles in Refining are the more rewarding?

and from which of these roles would more easily to jump to Petroleum Engineering?
