Are you sure you are looking at the right form 20did99?
The Engtech application pack used to use the same form as IEng and CEng, but that changed a few years ago.

Not sure what it currently asks you on carear manager

The newer form asks you at section E:

Get an IET mentor to guide you through the process. You will have one by the end of the week.

Hello 20did99

As peteTLM sayss, it looks as though you have the wrong form, download the correct one from

Speak to the registration people at the IET, they are really helpful, and will also get you your own Profesional Registration Advisor (PRA) who will help you present your best case.

To answer your question, yes they look at all the information in all the sections in making their decision.
