For my sins i've got got the exciting task PAT testing the firms equipment.
My question is where can i get hold off the tags that have a serial number on them, that can be fitted onto an existing extension lead.

I've managed to track some down for new leads that you fit before you fit the plug.
The ones i've seen look like a smaller version of a secuity tag you get on clothes..
In the past i've tried the wrap around label types, Robin do a little case that you put the label in and then cable tie to the lead. But even these dont put up with everyday life on a site. Any ideas/ suggestions.

I'm not sure exactly what type you are after, but Daymark might have something that would do you -

I have no connection with Daymark, other than as a satisfied customer.

I use keyfobs.
The old-fashioned hard acrylic clear ones, with a little square sorta window, maybe 30x20. Print my barcode and number, and stick it to the back of the green label, then snap the window shut.
