Any equation will refer to neutral as R1+Rn does not determone cpc integrity

I heard that the HSE are going to "enforce a ban" on the use of 1667 on test forms. If non-compliance occurs, they will enforce this by issuing improvement notices on any installations that show the figure and probably prohibition notices if failure to comply continues.

Anyone else heard of this?
