About this event

The world is changing, once there was 'waste' now there are potentially valuable resources that we must all challenge ourselves to recover. By transforming domestic and commercial waste and recyclables into high quality raw materials and renewable energy Viridor are making a big contribution to improving the UK's resource efficiency.
Gone is the traditional 'waste' collection and disposal company, Viridor now deliver 'waste' into their Energy Recovery Facilities in Cardiff and Runcorn and transform it into the energy that society will need tomorrow.
The presentation will cover operations at the Runcorn plant.
