About this event

Royal Academy of Engineering INGENIOUS in collaboration with the IET North Yorkshire Network

Concerned about climate change? Interested in what it might be like to live in a sustainable future?
This event will feature a panel of experts including climate scientists and renewable energy researchers from the University of Leeds.
A briefing about climate change and the technology options open to us, will be followed by round table discussions focusing on implementing a sustainable zero carbon future for the Yorkshire region.
Open to all interested members of the public, material from this event will feed into a Royal Academy of Engineering project called ‘The Art of a Sustainable Future’ where the public will be invited to submit art (including short stories, and visuals) responding to this vision.
