We are looking for a Membership Assessor to join the IET family!

Your role will be to work collaboratively with the small and friendly Member Assessment team to assess eligibility for our customers membership of the IET. You will be responsible for processing and assessing new memberships, transferring applications and processing updates to existing member records received via a variety of channels within agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
The ideal customer will be customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communications skills – motivated to help customers and provide the best professional service. You will have a high level of accuracy as well as excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to organise and manage workload is a must!
