Event Producer

We are looking for an Event Producer to join the IET family!

As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for multiple projects of varying sizes concentrating on the project management and content development.  You will research and produce commercially viable IET events within one or more sectors which contribute to the sharing of Science, Engineering and Technology knowledge amongst members and the wider engineering community.

The successful candidate will have experience in events or conference production, including content development, programme curation, speaker invitation and marketing copywriting.  You will have strong project management and research skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects of different complexities at any one time.

This position is fundamentally focussed on the curation of technical event content and the project management of each individual event. Ideally, you will have worked in another professional body, but a commercial background would also be suitable. Experience in budget management would be advantageous.
