We are looking for a Change Lead to join the IET family!
This is an exciting time to join the IET as we embark on a journey of business and cultural transformation. An accomplished change leader with a background in behavioural change, you will have experience of getting to know an organisation, understanding its key drivers and pulling together an effective change programme to support its strategic priorities.
The transformation period will focus on our people, processes and technology; including adapting modern and agile ways of working particularly surrounding our Stevenage office refurbishment project, cultural change with our newly defined behaviours, systems adoption and the implementation of key strategic focus topics. A track record in one or more of these key change areas is essential.
This role reports into the HR Director but you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business including communications, HR, Procurement, Employee Forum, IT & Digital teams. This is a standalone role, so you will also be willing to get hands-on and bring your expertise and experience to everything you do.
