The IET is implementing a change programme designed around their customer management (CRM) and order processing system and processes. Data quality is an integral element of the programme deliverables and ongoing benefits, both in terms of data integrity and data intelligence. The Data Quality Manager role will define and manage the IETs data quality strategy and plans.
As Graphic Designer you create effective, attractive and engaging designs that promote IET’s brand across a diverse range of products, platforms and events. You ensure that all digital and print marketing material is high quality and delivered on time.
The RDM is primarily a field- based role. The role will concentrate on various Engineering and Technology sectors to sell the benefits of membership and supporting products and services, maximising revenue from membership sales and increasing the IET market presence within a specified geographical region.
To research and produce events within one or more sectors which not only contribute to the sharing of Science, Engineering and Technology knowledge amongst members and the wider engineering community but which are also commercially viable. Also to develop the IET’s events portfolio by generating new topics and by building new relationships with other professional bodies.
To support the marketing team to maximise revenue, customer engagement and awareness of the IET’s products and services. Responsibilities will broadly include delivery of email campaigns and collateral updates, maintaining schedules of activity, delivering attendance at a range of events plus the delivery and update of some key regular campaigns.
This role is responsible for helping the IET to create a strong connection with the global young professional community, providing senior staff support to the international Young Professionals Community Committee (YPCC), offering strategic advice and guidance as well as defining specific targets.
To support the work of JPEL/64 by undertaking managerial and secretarial duties for that committee and its subsidiary Panels in the further development of BS 7671 in liaison with BSI and support the IETs charitable remit and enhance its standing in industry through the dissemination of information.
Responsible for supporting the AV manager to provide audio visual and production services to all users, providing ideas and technology that inspire great meetings and events at IET London: Savoy Place. To co-ordinate the resources between the two lecture theatres and 19 associated meeting rooms to include fixed and mobile equipment.
Liaise with each client prior to using the venue to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and event objectives. Offer advice and guidance regarding the optimal equipment & support solution to deliver exceptional customer service every time.
