Responsible for supporting the AV manager to provide audio visual and production services to all users, providing ideas and technology that inspire great meetings and events at IET London: Savoy Place. To co-ordinate the resources between the two lecture theatres and 19 associated meeting rooms to include fixed and mobile equipment.
Liaise with each client prior to using the venue to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and event objectives. Offer advice and guidance regarding the optimal equipment & support solution to deliver exceptional customer service every time.
To commission content and assessments for the new IET Learning Academy – a new online and mobile initiative delivering learning and development content for engineers and those who aspire to be engineers.
To work across a range of engineering sectors to develop sales strategies and solutions which match and promote the IET’s print, online and lead generation media, awards and events opportunities to customers’ marketing needs.
