Help us find our IET@150 STEM Personality of the Year

We're looking to recognise a person or group who are making a difference to our world. They could be helping local communities, fighting global challenges or benefiting society anywhere in the world, through a direct or indirect association with engineering or technology. They should be STEM role models for young people, highly regarded in their field and excellent communicators.

Nominees can be of any nationality, from any country of residence, and do not need to be an IET member.

Remember: by nominating, you will be entered into a prize draw to receive an Apple iPad 32GB (UK RRP £349).

We look forward to receiving your nominations!

Please note

Nominations close on Friday, 28 August 2020 at 23:59 BST.

Self-nominations are not accepted.

Nominations should be confidential, should not be advertised or discussed openly, and should not be reported to the candidate.

Previous recipients of other IET Awards, and current or previous Presidents and Trustees, are excluded from this award.

Nominations will be assessed by the IET@150 Project Steering Committee for recommendation to the Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees.

The winning recipient (individual or group) will be announced before May 2021, where they will give a guest lecture as part of our 150th celebration event at IET London: Savoy Place.
