The easy to search IET Library catalogue is available online and can be accessed worldwide. UK members can take out ten books on loan or three for those residing outside the UK. Postage out to you is free of charge. Take a look and request books to increase your knowledge and understanding and give you the edge.
The ever-increasing virtual library is completely free, only requires your member log in for immediate access, and can be accessed from any PC. If you aren't already a member, find out more about membership. You will find hundreds of current e-books on engineering and IT; several databases for full text journals, reports, news items, market trends and tuition summaries; 26 full current Key Note market reports - spanning everything from renewable energy to computer hardware.

Do you need help with a literature search or finding relevant material? Use the search service. Quick searches can sometimes be done for free otherwise a discounted student rate may apply.
Have you identified articles for your literature review but haven’t found the full text? Use the IET Library’s document supply service and for a small copyright fee the papers will be emailed or posted to you (often a same day service). If visiting the library reading room, many of the journals are available for you to photocopy yourself.
