This two day call for papers conference focussed on advancing and improving the reliability of transmission and distribution networks.
Carbon emissions targets, renewables and more responsible and sustainable energy generation are all adding to the challenge to deliver reliable energy to the customer. Advancing the transmission and distribution networks is key to this.
This Proceedings includes 35 peer reviewed papers from academic and research institutes, including a number of papers on industrial applications. The papers are grouped into the following sessions: Reliability of transmission and distribution networks, Network protection and automation, Network design and topology, Risk management, Condition assessment and monitoring and testing, Networks with embedded generation, Safety drivers, State aware power networks, Overhead lines and Statistical methods/economic modelling.
The RTDN Organising Committee welcomes contributions focussing on the latest developments and future trends in improving the reliability of transmission and distribution networks.
