Inspec site licence
An Inspec site licence allows unlimited searching of the database. It is available from most Inspec vendors or direct from the IET via Inspec Direct. In addition, the data is available from the IET as XML for local loading, through the Direct Data service.

Separate pricing is available for corporate/government and academic establishments.
Academic organisations
The Inspec database is offered to universities for a fixed annual fee, which covers all usage at a single campus. Quotes for multiple-campus universities and university consortia are available on request.
Corporate and government organisations
Fixed fee, unlimited usage pricing is also available to corporate and government research establishments on a sliding scale based on the size of the organisation.
Direct Data service
The Inspec data in XML format for those organisations wishing to load the data in-house with their chosen retrieval software.This is updated weekly by FTP. Data subsets are also available.
