Graham began his career as an electrical and electronic engineer working for the Marconi company on research into phased array radar. This was followed by 34 years in the IT industry working in a variety of technical and sales roles for IBM United Kingdom Ltd. For the last 15 of those years he practised as a consultant taking on diverse roles ranging from business change consultancy through system architecture, project direction and system design to system delivery and operational support. He worked for clients in all industries, latterly in UK public sector.
He now works as a self-employed consultant with extensive experience of Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Content Management, Service Oriented Architecture, IT Security and Identity Management schemes. He has long been a champion of professionalism in the IT industry.
