Q: Emails sent via my alias do not seem to be arriving

A: Before contacting the IET, please check several things. First, if email is sent directly to the account to which your alias traffic is forwarded, does it arrive correctly, so that the account is definitely working fully? Second, is it possible that alias mail is being sorted automatically into a subfolder in your email? For example, Hotmail users may find that some alias mail is wrongly identified as spam, and sorted into the junk mail folder.
