Payment methods

Paying for your membership is quick and easy, there are four easy ways to pay.

1. Direct Debit - complete the membership payment form (download this on the right hand side).
   
   
2. Online - visit 'My IET' and follow the instructions on screen
   
   
3. Call our credit card hotline on +44 (0) 1438 765678 open from Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT)
   
   
4. Continuous/One-off credit card payment - complete the membership payment form (download this on the right hand side).
   
   
5. Pay by cheque or sterling bank drafts made payable to ‘The Institution of Engineering and Technology’.  Please write your membership number on the reverse of the cheque or draft.
