Mentoring and Befriending Foundation

The Mentoring and Befriending Foundation (MBF) is the national body for mentoring and befriending. The MBF promotes the development of mentoring, offers advice and support to those wishing to set up or develop mentoring programmes and is a forum for the exchange of information and good practice .

The IET's mentoring service has been awarded approved provider status by the MBF, a national benchmark for organisations providing one-to-one, volunteer mentoring or befriending.
