The two-day Change Management practitioner course builds on what you will have already learnt with the foundation course.
Embracing change and dealing effectively with its impact enables organisations to remain competitive and respond appropriately to political and environmental pressures. The course focuses on applying change management techniques to different scenarios and helps prepare you for the practitioner exam. Delegates must have completed the foundation qualification before they can progress to the practitioner qualification.
This interactive course incorporates exercises and mock examinations to prepare you for the exam at the end of the second day. The three-hour exam has four questions each worth 20 marks. There are also objective testing multiple choice questions. The pass mark is 50 per cent.
Prior to the course you will receive the Change Management handbook. You should allow six to eight hours to prepare for the course and continue to familiarise yourself with the "Making Sense of Change Management" book by Esther Cameron and Mike Green. During the course you will be expected to complete about two hours of revision at the end of the first day.
Delegates will be provided with refreshments, lunch and appropriate course materials.
Note: please use the course booking form to book multiple delegates or if paying by bank transfer or cheque.
Delegates attending this course require a copy of the 2009 Change Management manual. If you already have a copy of this because you recently completed the Change Management foundation course you will need to use it again during the Change Management practitioner course. Excluding manual | ||
