The three-day Change Management foundation course covers the key theories of change management.
Embracing change and dealing effectively with its impact enables organisations to remain competitive and respond appropriately to political and environmental pressures. The course focuses on how change impacts on and is affected by individuals, the team, the organisation and those leading the change.
Suitable for anyone who is keen to understand change management, this lively and interactive course includes a mix of learning sessions, group exercises and scenario-based practical work. You will undertake a number of mock examinations and receive feedback on your progress towards eventual success. The one-hour exam, taken on the afternoon of day two, has 60 multiple choice questions and the pass mark is 40/60.
Prior to the course you will receive a copy of ‘Making Sense of Change Management’ by Esther Cameron and Mike Green, which you should familiarise yourself with in advance. During the course you will be expected to complete about 2 hours of homework each evening.
Delegates will be provided with refreshments, lunch and appropriate course materials.
Note: please use the course booking form to book multiple delegates or if paying by bank transfer or cheque.
