About the MoP Practitioner training course
The Management of Portfolios (MoP) guidance provides a set of processes and principles that control projects, programmes and change initiatives at a strategic level across organisations. Our MoP courses provide detailed explanations of steps required to deliver a successful portfolio of initiatives, including best practice principles required for effective programme management.
This course is targeted at Business Managers, Strategic Planners, Programme Managers, Business Change Managers, Heads of Department and others involved in managing portfolios of change.
To ensure you are fully prepared and, to get the most out of the course, you will receive a comprehensive pre-course reading pack and will be expected to do a minimum of eight hours pre-course reading.
