If you would like to book onto any of our M_o_R courses, please contact us stating the course and location you would like to book.
The three-day foundation course is designed to equip you with a general understanding of the fundamental principles of M_o_R. Through understanding risks and their likely impact, organisations can take informed decisions about risk at a project, programme and strategic level.
The course involves a mixture of learning sessions, group work and exam based exercises. You will take a series of mock examinations and gain feedback on your progress. At the end of the third day you will sit the M_o_R foundation exam. The 45-minute exam has 45 multiple choice questions and the pass mark is 23. The exam papers are marked on the same day by the trainer. Unsuccessful delegates will be able to re-sit the exam on the same day.
Please note you should aim to do a minimum of six to ten hours pre-course reading. Additionally, delegates should expect to undertake about two hours of revision work and exercises in the evenings.
