PRINCE2 courses
PRINCE2 Foundation
The Foundation is the first of the two Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
PRINCE2 Practitioner
The PRINCE2 practitioner level is an internationally recognised qualification. It signifies the holder’s ability to run and manage a project within a PRINCE2 environment.
PRINCE2 Combined course
An intense five-day course combining both the foundation and practitioner exams. Delegates can only progress to the practitioner level once the foundation exam has been passed on day three.

MoP courses
MoP Foundation
The Foundation is the first of the two Management of Portfolio (MoP) examinations you are required to pass to become a MoP practitioner. You can complete the training in a five day consecutive course or as a 3-day foundation course and at a later stage a two day practitioner course.
MoP Practitioner
This course is the final stage in becoming a MoP Practitioner. You are required to have passed the foundation exam to continue onto the Practitioner module.
MoP Combined
An intense five day course combining both the foundation and practitioner exams.
MoP, is a Trade Mark of the Cabinet Office. MoP is based on Office of Government Commerce (OGC) best practice and is aligned to PRINCE2, MSP and P3O.
